NL-SDRF1 HS+ is the machine that, starting from a plastic or wooden rough block, allows for the roughing and finishing of the right or left last model using a single machining head. The CAM system integrated into the machine control software (CNC) allows you to calculate the tool path in both roughing and finishing.
A simple mechanical interface screwed on the ridge allows the Block to be locked in the machine.
This type of grip eliminates both the risks of deformation of the model due to the locking pressure of the tailstocks and the defects resulting from the manual removal of the supports.
NL-SDRF1HS+ machine executes .FRV™ files with high precision.
In combination with the NL-DGS8MP optical scanning system and the Easylast3D CAD software (for modifying the last), the machine makes up the ideal kit for Model-maker.
