WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR MACHINE
Newlast always guarantees its assistance and its availability to provide a suitable solution for restoring the machine functioning in the first 10 years from its installation, in addition to a 24-month guarantee on the numerical control, motors and drives and to a 12-month guarantee on the rest of the machine, including the replacement of the original defective parts.
For machines with over 10 years of operation, and considering material obsolescence, Newlast has created a dedicated department to offer a targeted service: sourcing compatible components (if no longer available) and studying potential modifications to prevent the machine from being decommissioned.
This specific service will be reserved to the customers who will subscribe to the ANN-CARD assistance package, together with the opportunity to achieve a special discount on Newlast qualified technicians’ interventions/assistance and on the supply of spare parts. Newlast also created a specific area for the check-up of the machines covered by the ANN-CARD to which only ANN-CARD customers will access.
REMOTE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
We are pleased to present our proposal regarding the Promotional Support Packages.
By subscribing to one of these packages, you will benefit from a SPECIAL FLAT RATE for travel time, labor, and remote assistance.
PACKAGE
40 HOUR
- An additional 15% discount on the hourly flat rate for both on-site and remote assistance.
- Validity: 12 months from the date of subscription.
PACKAGE
80 HOUR
- An additional 20% discount on the hourly flat rate for both on-site and remote assistance.
- Validity: 12 months from the date of subscription.
PACKAGE
120 HOUR
- An additional 25% discount on the hourly flat rate for both on-site and remote assistance.
- Validity: 24 months from the date of subscription.
