This Module is an integrated part of S.L.I.M. 4.0 Platform: it is possible to design 3D virtual models of V-hinge, slide-o-matic and reversed slide-o-matic hinges and the positioning of the related holes.

The possibility to simulate the movements of the internal mechanism allows a perfect cut of the shoe last.
Thanks to an authomatic function, it is possible to develop the different sizes of the hinged model and the operator is allowed to eventually modify them. With the software it is possible to design all the tool paths for the Newlast Machines production. All the set working cycles can be saved in a specific data base. It is possible to perfectly repeat each hinge designed with S.L.I.M. 4.0 software.
