NL-SDFC is a 4-axis interpolated milling system, designed for machining a pair of lasts during a single work cycle.

Two spindles with Newlast design cutters automatically perform the processing of the dovetail clamp on the top of a pair of lasts, right and left, allowing them to be subsequently fixed and automatically locked on Newlast SDF finishing machines.

Due to the high performance of the numerical control, the processing of the machining references included in the . FRV™ is instantaneous. For a correct optimization of the work cycle, Newlast recommends using each SDFC together with a maximum of 3 NL-SDF4HS+ machines or 2 SDF6HS+.
