How the machine works: The machine runs an initial rolling to fit the sheet metal to the last and to rivet the nails, than it goes around the external edge to round off the corner.

While the machine is rolling the left last in the first station, the operator can download and load the right last in the second station, so the machine never stops working.
The software programs, which are independent right and left, can be easily adjusted by the operator by a touch screen panel, if the shape of the sheet metal is customized. When it is necessary to change the number of the last, it is enough to set the machine to the new zero position (about 20 seconds) using the reference laser ray without changing the program which refers to the shape of the sheet metal.

The vices, one right and one left, are installed on rolling slides and their movement is motorized therefore easy, simple and fast to do. The machine does not make any noise while working, since it is only electric motorized.
